  • We’ve made booking your appointment easy! Simply use the HealthEngine button in the bottom right of your screen. Alternatively, click on any of the “Book Now”f you’re attending Verde Clinic for the first time, we require that you attend in person.

  • Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an onboarding form a few days before the appointment. These will be sent to the email address you used when booking. The onboarding form helps our clinicians prepare for your appointment by understanding your medical history, goals, and any medications you're currently taking.

  • Probably not. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, your booking may not have gone through. This can happen if your payment didn’t process properly or if your browser session timed out during booking.

    We recommend checking your bank account for any pending or failed charges. If you don’t see a confirmation email and haven’t been charged, it’s best to rebook your appointment to ensure your spot is secured.
