Your care begins with a 30-minute consultation where we explore your goals, health background, and the factors influencing your weight.

This first step gives your clinician the clarity needed to create a plan tailored to you - not a generic template.

Structured follow-up for safe, steady progress.

Your plan continues over a guided six-month period, beginning with a 20-minute review at one month, followed by 10 minute monthly reviews for the next four months. These appointments allow us to monitor your progress closely, make informed adjustments, and ensure each step remains appropriate and effective.

Alongside clinical oversight, you’ll receive practical guidance around movement, nutrition, and habit-building. This approach supports changes that strengthen your progress and help you maintain results over time.
