• We’ve made booking your appointment easy! Simply use the HealthEngine button in the bottom right of your screen. Alternatively, click on any of the “Book Now”f you’re attending Verde Clinic for the first time, we require that you attend in person.

  • Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an onboarding form a few days before the appointment. These will be sent to the email address you used when booking. The onboarding form helps our clinicians prepare for your appointment by understanding your medical history, goals, and any medications you're currently taking.

    If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Just get in touch and we’ll resend it for you.

  • Probably not. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, your booking may not have gone through. This can happen if your payment didn’t process properly or if your browser session timed out during booking.

    We recommend checking your bank account for any pending or failed charges. If you don’t see a confirmation email and haven’t been charged, it’s best to rebook your appointment to ensure your spot is secured.

  • Bring a valid photo ID, your Medicare or IHI number, and complete your onboarding form beforehand. Our team can help if you have trouble accessing it.

  • Yes, you’ll need at least one in-person consultation per year. This is a Medicare requirement for ongoing rebates.

  • If you’re unwell or have been recently exposed to illness, please reschedule or switch to a telehealth appointment. We care for immunocompromised patients and appreciate your caution.

  • No, we’re a prescription-only clinic. You’ll receive a prescription to take to your chosen pharmacy.

  • Doses follow national guidelines (e.g., 300mg/day for inhaled, 40 mg/day for oral). Your doctor will tailor your script based on your needs and tolerance.

Book your first appointment.

New patient bookings can be made via HealthEngine, over the phone, or through our website contact form. All initial appointments must be attended in person at our Perth clinic (unless you qualify for our Rural Remote Telehealth pathway).

Fill out your
onboarding forms.

You’ll receive your forms via email the day before your appointment. If you need help filling them out, you're welcome to arrive 40 minutes early and complete them in the clinic on one of our tablets.

Your first
consultation.

You’ll attend a 40-minute initial consultation with one of our practitioners at our Mt Hawthorn clinic. This is where we get to know you, review your history, and assess suitability for care. If appropriate, a prescription will be issued and you’ll be booked for a follow-up consultation.

Your follow-up
and ongoing care

Follow-up consultations are available via telehealth or in-person and allow us to discuss any side effects, medication changes, or adjustments to your care. If treatment is deemed suitable, you’ll continue under our care with check-ins every 3 months and an annual in-person review.
