Dr Ganesa Pon Raja
MBBS, Masters of Surgery, FRACGP
Dr Ganesa is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds a Master of Surgery from the University of Sydney. His diverse clinical background includes internal medicine, rehabilitation, occupational health,
emergency, and intensive care.
He brings a calm, evidence-based approach to care, with a focus on treating complex conditions through integrative medical models. As an authorised medicinal cannabis prescriber and clinic director, he is committed to patient-led, outcome-driven support.
Outside of work, Dr Ganesa enjoys motorsports, travel, programming, and cyberpunk science fiction.

Dr Shashi Ponraja
MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Shashi is a GP with a background in psychiatry and family medicine, and a strong interest in chronic disease, mental health, dermatology, and preventative care. He holds Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is a member of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
He brings a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to care, and works closely with patients to navigate complex or long-standing health concerns - particularly where conventional
treatments have fallen short.
Outside of clinic life, Dr Shashi enjoys travel, reading, programming, and is an accomplished dancer in the style of Michael Jackson.

Dr Katherine Anne Lambert
BSc, MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Kate Lambert is a General Practitioner with a special interest in women’s health, menopause support, and integrative care. She holds Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is experienced in managing complex, long-standing conditions - including hormonal imbalance, chronic fatigue, and mental health concerns.
Her approach is thoughtful and inclusive, with a focus on clear communication and patient collaboration. Dr Lambert is also well-versed in supporting neurodivergent clients and brings a calm, respectful presence to each consultation.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys gardening, yoga, and exploring
new cultures through travel.
Margaret Somerville
PRACTICE MANAGER
Margaret is an experienced practice manager with a strong background in healthcare operations, clinical systems, and patient-centred service delivery. Before joining Verde Clinic, she held leadership roles at Emerald Clinics and Prendiville Medical Centre, where she specialised in compliance, team development, and streamlining practice performance.
At Verde, Margaret oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supporting both patients and clinicians to ensure care is delivered smoothly, efficiently, and with compassion. She brings a calm, systems-driven mindset to every aspect of the clinic’s work.
Outside of work, Margaret enjoys travelling, fine food and wine, and exploring new cultures through their culinary traditions.
Elizabeth Rose Burke

Ellie is an experienced educator and healthcare operations manager with a background spanning clinical compliance, natural medicines, and regenerative agriculture. Before joining Verde Clinic, she led dispensary operations on the U.S. East Coast, blending regulatory excellence with a deep commitment to patient-centred care.
Now based in Western Australia, Ellie brings a human-focused approach to healthcare - believing wellness starts with systems that support both patients and staff. At Verde, she leads operations, education, and systems to deliver seamless, supportive care.
Outside of work, she enjoys growing hops, grafting apples, and fostering connections that contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future on her Oakford property with her partner, dog, and chickens.
Indy
CHIEF MORALE OFFICER
Indy is our beloved clinic companion and occasional office dog, known for her gentle presence, wagging tail, and exceptional emotional support skills. Whether she’s offering calm company to anxious patients or quietly resting near reception, Indy brings a sense of ease and warmth to the clinic environment.
Rescued from Shenton Park Dog Shelter in 2023, she now lives with Ellie in Oakford and makes guest appearances at the clinic once a month. Her favourite things include kangaroo jerky, short strolls, and a well-timed pat.
